When to seek help
Most couples conceive within a year of trying. It is worth being assessed after a year of regular unprotected intercourse, after six months if the woman is 35 or older, or sooner if periods are irregular or there is a known problem.
Dr. Deepthi Raidu holds a fellowship in Assisted Reproductive Technology. Fertility evaluation, ovulation tracking and counselling take place at Sharada's Urban Clinic, with scans and blood tests on site.

Ovulation support is started where it fits. If IUI or IVF is the better route, you are referred and told why.

Should my husband be tested too?
Yes. Testing both partners early avoids months of treatment aimed at the wrong cause.
Can you guarantee we will conceive?
No, and no one honestly can. The aim is a clear diagnosis and the options most likely to help.
